ACCOUNTANT Busy manufacturing shop in Campbell River is looking for an accounting manager capable of full cycle accounting for a group of companies. Specific duties will include: ?­Record and reconcile intercompany transactions ?­Record accruals and prepaid expenses ?­Prepare monthly financial statements ?­Prepare quarterly consolidated financial reporting for principal lender ?­Reconcile banks and determine cash flow requirements ?­Prepare in-house payroll using Paymate software ?­Maintain employee benefits package ?­Prepare documentation for external financial statement review ?­Ensure compliance with payroll, GST, WCB and other government remittances ?­Provide support to accounts receivable and accounts payable clerks Desired skills and experiences: ?­5 — 10 years experience in a similar environment ?­Experience with foreign exchange transactions ?­Familiarity with British Columbia labour standards and payroll benefits plan ?­Proficiency in MS Office Suite ?­Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize Please submit resumes and cover letters to: yorkmachinetools@hotmail.com 273740
